1. Exercise:Exercise is the most important thing in the process in loosing weight.Without exercise we connot achieve the aim of loosing weight.
2. Vegetables:Without vegetables loosing weight will be very hard to achieve.We can eat vegetables like:
Sallads.
Carrots.
Onions.
Leafy greens.
Cabbages.
Springe onions e.t.c.
3. Fruits:Fruits are really, really important in the process of loosing weight. We can even use fruits to make smoothies.

What happend in school today?
I was in school today, when my classmate carried a hoolahoop and held it up high for his another of my classmate to jump into it.Then when my classmate jumped into it he fell down and hit his body softly on tils.Then he exclaimed "what a pity!So you cannot jump through this tiny thing"."Lets see if you are bold and courageous to jump"Holding ot up high he jumped an missed.What a pity!SEE YOUR SELF!! and you missed.HE CHOP AM!
